The eye pencil does the job and I have not experienced any itchy, puffy eyes as I do with most other liners.

I have to warm it a bit to get it to go on-- a quick match to the tip seemed too much, it just melted. Instead I swipe it it very briefly on a barely warm curling iron. Then after the curling iron cools off just wipe off. Stayed put all night,both on the waterline and below it. Maybe there's a better way to warm it, idk.
